What is the longest, scheduled, non-stop flight within the United Kingdom?

I have been looking at different airlines and destinations. The longest I could find was a Flybe flight from Southampton to Inverness which takes 1 hour 50 minutes and which covers 469 miles.
I was wondering if perhaps there existed flights from London to Sumburgh airport (Shetland Islands) or to Stornoway (Isle of Lewis). But apparently not because these airports only offer direct services to other Scottish cities rather than the rest of the UK...
And before you ask, I've looked at Northern Ireland. Derry to London is only about 370 miles....
