Networking for email marketing specialists

Hi --

I hope I am posting in the proper place -- I did not see a topic for careers. I'm a marketing recruiter, and have been looking all over Chicago for an email marketing specialist with corporate or professional services experience for a jr/mid-level position. Anybody have any ideas or know anybody who is looking?
