How big are the seats at Symphony hall in Birmingham?

I am attending a concert there in a few weeks and i am worried about the size of the seating - I am not the smallest lady in the world and my partner is 6ft 4! We are sitting in the upper tier towards the middle. Does anyone know if the seats have move'able arm rests and what the leg room is like please - as i have never been there before?
