Does anyone have a good egg mayonnaise sandwich recipe?

Yes I know it's boiled egg and mayonnaise but what other ingredients do people use. A colleague of mine makes delicious egg mayo sandwiches but she won't give me the recipe. A friend of mine adds cayenne pepper to hers.
