Difference between addresses with/out 'P.O.BOX' .....

It may be that the second address is what's known as the registered office, which isn't necessarily the headquaters of the company in question, it may be a lawyers office for example. Organisations often use PO boxes when they don't want personal callers turning up at their premises.

In these cases, mail will still be sent directly to the organisation, its just a way of them hiding the true address.
